KOI by Tami Cardnella: What’s Not to Love?

Tami Cardnella‘s all new collection of KOI have the ability to transport you right out of this bleak and cold winter-time of  S.C.Tami has beautifully captured the bold colors, graceful movement and personality of the KOI fish.  For a passionate painter of 30 years, Tami asks, “what’s not to love about painting this work.?

When Tami was younger she dreamed of a profession in the medical business – I don’t know about you, but I sure am glad she found painting.  Tami was born and raised in California and moved south in 1985.  A bit of advice she got about painting was to paint the things that she felt passionate about.  In 2014 she sees things changing up a bit: “I see it being the year of  land and water looked at in a different way, possibly painted in a different way.”

Please join us at the gallery on Thursday, January 9th (5-8pm), for the Opening Reception of KOI – you will not want to miss the opportunity to see this amazing collection.  Start thinking about collecting the art that transports you and also get to know Tami –  ask her a few questions of your own!
