Art & Light represents a roster of over 50 artists, from emerging to established, in a space that is uniquely southern and inviting.  Built in the early 1900s, the Art & Light house located at 16 Aiken Street in the Village of West Greenville preserves a rich history with details like the warmth of heart of pine boards with a contemporary gallery concept showcasing one of a kind artwork.  For over a decade, Art & Light has worked to connect collectors with a community of exceptional working artists. We understand that a well-curated space has the ability to comfort, inspire, and spark joy.  As such, Art & Light aims to cultivate an ever-evolving selection of original artwork that is timeless yet truly original, sophisticated yet attainable, and always meaningful.

Opening in it's original form in 2006, Teres's goal was to create a space that collectors at all levels could find the best art. With a great team managing the gallery, Teresa has now also created Teresa Roche Textiles (TRT) to bridge fine art and interior design with custom wallpaper and fabrics for homes and businesses. With almost 19 years of experience managing galleries and a passion for artists and their work, Bracken brings her experience from multiple galleries to the A&L team. She is also a skilled art consultant and helps find the perfect pieces for both private or corporate collections.

 

Liz Rundorff Smith

ASSISTANT GALLERY DIRECTOR

With more than twenty years as an arts professional and fine artist, Liz brings a wealth of art knowledge to our team. She heads up marketing for our exhibitions and special events while also providing client support here in the gallery during business hours. 

 

Gabi Ellington

GALLERY ASSOCIATE

Gabi spent six years in corporate marketing before bringing her talents to the gallery world. She was an art lover long before that, of course, always sneaking in an extra day to visit a museum or gallery whenever work travel took her somewhere new. She combines that marketing know-how with a genuine love for art, shaping how our gallery connects with the world. Day to day, you'll find her hanging new pieces, packing online orders, chatting with clients, or dreaming up the next big proposal.
