When you are on the lookout for a particular style or size from your favorite artists, staying in the loop on their latest arrivals is key. We also know that as a valued collector and patron of a particular artist, you want the chance to shop exhibitions a little bit early. Read on to learn the best ways to say in the know on new arrivals as well as get on your favorite artist's pre-sale email list.
What is a "First Look List"?
A "First Look List" is our way of saying that you are signed up for a particular artist's new arrivals email. If you are on an artist's list, you will receive an email alerting you to the fact that there are new works now available to collect online and in the gallery.
This particular list also adds you to the pre-sale email for any of this artist's solo or joint exhibitions (with the exception of the Anniversary Show - this show has no pre-sale). These pre-sale emails typically go out the day before the general release around 3:30pm, depending on when we wrap up installation and getting everything inventoried.
How do I sign up?
Easy! You can simply reach out to us with your name and email along with which artist lists you want to be a part of. We will be sure to add you so that you don't miss these emails moving forward.
Another way, is to visit your favorite artist's page on our site and sign up under the "Follow Artist" section located beneath their current inventory images.
Then what happens?
You will start to receive new arrival emails whenever fresh works come into the gallery for the artists you have requested to stay in the loop on. You will also receive pre-sale emails for any future exhibitions.
Just a reminder...
- If you have unsubscribed from our newsletter list, you will not receive these emails. Please re-subscribe through THIS LINK.
- You can edit what lists you want to be a part of any time. Just send us an email to let us know which artist lists you no longer wish to receive.
- New arrivals and pre-sale emails are first come, first served. Please keep in mind that there are others on these lists, so it is possible a piece you like might sell before you have the chance to purchase.
